Wholesale Marketing
1. To maintain and facilitate the inclusion of your product into all major Australian/New Zealand wholesale programs.
2. To provide regular and up to date training programs to all reservations and product departments for all major wholesalers.
3. To update contracts and specials electronically if and when required as
per SOAM contract dynamics system.
4. To establish and maintain on behalf of our clients strong professional and
effective relationships with the local NTO/Airline to facilitate best outcomes for
our clients.
5. Provide relevant market intelligence/feedback to head office to facilitate quick response to market trends. Provide feedback on quality control issues to facilitate and encourage an atmosphere of best practice.
6. Contribute to and maintain clear communication and information channels between representative and head office.
7. Operate to or within predetermined budget parameters including yield
and room management.
8. Source, implement and administer advertising and promotional opportunities
for our clients.
9. Source, implement and administer brochure support contributions for all wholesalers.
10. Facilitate and distribute industry specials to all wholesalers.
11. Contribute to and participate in strategy meetings to formulate marketing plans going forwards.
12. When and where required participate in all relevant trade-show/consumer shows on behalf of our client.
