SOAM uses the e-technology of Contract Dynamics contract management System (CS) allows your own designated staff to create and manage multiple electronic contracts in multiple currencies. Contracts are created in the system and can be viewed in both an online format and a PDF document. In addition to textual information, contracts can carry high-resolution images, videos, and additional training materials. Contracts can be configured to clients on an individual basis with username and password protection or as a general contract for multiple users.
The system has a facility to version the contracts, and clients can be notified by email when a new version is published. Multiple contracts can be created from a single master copy and then modified for individual clients.
This allows you to make modifications to the master contract that will then update all contracts automatically which will save you time and money.
